Q: I heard there is a complimentary shuttle. Does it pick me up at the airport?A: Unfortunately, as of now, Westin does not have transit to and from the airport. Our office can arrange for your transfers to and from the airport (fee, subject to change.) However, Westin does provide a complimentary shuttle service that arrives and departs every 15-20 minutes on the inter-resort route and The stops on the route include; Westin Maui, Sheraton Maui, Whalers Village, and 3 stops in Lahaina including, The Cannery Mall, Lahaina Gateway Mall, and Hilo Hattie’s. Runs from 9 am to 10 pm *times subject to change”

Keiki Club (Westin® Family) Guests can always use South and North Tower *Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas* amenities for kids as well. There are two 8,000 square foot heated pools, one featuring 100 + foot water slide in the South Tower. For younger children, there is a kiddy pool in-between North and South towers that feature a wonderful pirate ship that your children are bound to enjoy exploring. There is also another small child’s pool in South Tower that connects to the main pool.
Q: Does it cost extra for lounge chairs or lounge chairs down on the beach?A: The poolside lounge chairs are free to use and there are plenty of them. The pool
side covered cabanas by the pool areas and beach lounge chairs with umbrellas can be rented for a nominal fee.
Q: Do they supply towels?A: Yes! No need to bring your own. Westin supplies you with both pool and beach
Q: What size beds does each room have?A: All 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 King size famous “Westin Heavenly® Beds” and one Queen size sofa-sleeper, 1 Rollaway bed can be rented. All 3 bedrooms (Direct Oceanfront View Villas are by request only) have 3 King Heavenly® Beds and one Queen size sofa-sleeper. 1 Rollaway bed can be rented.

Q: Are there restaurants at the Nanea?A: Yes-Mauka Mauki (Pacific Rim) is a culinary experience featuring the farming and fishing culture of Hawai’i. Inu Pool Bar, Mea ‘Ono (grab-and-go.) Kauhale Makai (grab-and-go) Plus, all our other fine restaurants next door in the North and South Tower (Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas) as well, with full charging privileges back to your villa.
Q: Can I make special requests? Such as High floor, low floor, pool view, mountain view etc?A: Yes, we note any and all requests you may have. However, there is no guarantee. All villas are assigned the day of arrival by the Westin. They do try to honor all requests based on availability. You are guaranteed your view type which is “resort view” Oceanfront views for the 3 bedrooms. Please see our special requests page for examples.
Q: What is the difference between Resort View and Oceanfront View?A: Resort View means you are looking at anything besides the ocean water. This may include a pool, resort, or mountain view. Oceanfront view means you have a completely unobstructed view of the water.
Q: Do I have charging privileges at the Westin Hotel/Sheraton Hotel/Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas?A: Yes, you have full charging privileges at all 4 properties. (Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas, The Nanea Westin Ocean Villas, The Westin Maui and The Sheraton.)
Q: Is there Internet?A: Yes, there is free Wi-Fi and free Internet in every villa. There is also an office
center fully equipped with computers, fax, and printers. (minimal fee)
